This fee is fully earned by the Website upon processing and is non-refundable, as the service of securing and administrating the reservation slot is rendered immediately.

4. Final Payment & Local Adjustments: The remaining balance of the trip price is payable directly to the local service provider at the venue under their respective payment terms. To facilitate the transaction, the local provider may apply a discount or credit to their final invoice equivalent to the value of the online booking fee paid here. The Website bears no legal or tax liability for the collection, declaration, or fiscalization of the remaining balance processed on-site by the local provider.

Internetsko mjesto ne snosi nikakvu pravnu ni poreznu odgovornost za naplatu, prijavu ili fiskalizaciju preostalog iznosa koji lokalni pružatelj obrađuje na lokaciji.

Our booking engines are integrated with other websites (online wholesalers, Online Travel Agents, etc) who are giving data about completed reservations. The data are used from controllers (administrators) for managing purposes.

Data we share with others

We share the above personal data with third party systems for basic purposes of completing an online reservation. For example, we use a third party mail provider for security reasons (to avoid emails going to spam). Our systems are cloud and we use hosting services of Amazon.com (https://aws.amazon.com/security/) . In addition in some instances we share data with third party systems for managing or accounting purposes of the controller (administrator). Also we share data with banks and online payment gateways for successful secure transactions.
